Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Gaba Designer. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase from gabadesigner.in.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• A ₹50 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for standard returns.

Exchange Policy

• We offer free exchanges for eligible products.

• No exchange fee will be charged.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share your order number along with clear photos of the product and package.

• After verification, you may choose either a replacement (exchange) or a full refund.

• No ₹50 processing fee will be deducted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during Sale, Discount, or Clearance offers.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We may introduce COD in the future.
